Mark Frank, Ph.D. began practicing clinical and forensic psychology in 1978. For forty years, he conducted forensic evaluations at the Adult Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Avenel, N.J. He is a founding member of the New Jersey chapter of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (NJ-ATSA), and served as a member of the board of that organization for several years. He also served on the Steering Committee of the New Jersey Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapists (NJ-ACT).
Dr. Frank is a past president and former chair of the ethics committee of the Richmond County Psychological Association in Staten Island, New York, where he practiced clinical and forensic psychology for 36 years. He also served as an adjunct Associate Professor of Psychology at Long Island University, and has been qualified as a psychologist to provide expert testimony in every county in New Jersey. With his colleague, Dr. Philip Witt, he co-authored several articles focused on evaluating sex offenders under the New Jersey Sex Offender Act, and co-led sex offender treatment groups with Dr. Witt at Associates for Psychological Services for many years.Download CV
